Very bad hospitality. Rude staff. Very small rooms. Very small washroom. Not worth 5 Star

Property with all amenities are well taken off but in terms of staff is below average and either its check in to restaurant their team needs to be well groomed to make the stay comfortable. The lay back behavior and easy going makes the over stay just Average.

I had an outstanding experience . The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The entire hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay. A special shoutout to **Raunak**, whose exceptional service truly stood out. He was warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference in my overall experience. Thanks to Raunak and the rest of the team .

I was very disappointed to stay, hot water was coming from both the cold and hot side. no help provided.

I had a disappointing experience with the water facility during my stay. We had to leave early in the morning, but unfortunately, both taps were only providing hot water. Despite calling housekeeping twice, the issue remained unresolved, which caused delays in our scheduled meetings. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests

Some sort of scam is happening there with unmarried couples, beaware of that. Small room with no mirror & very low roof height . Not recommended. It shows in top 2 hotels in Kanpur but room is not satisfactory. Breakfast is good

I had stayed there multiple times but my last stay was pathetic due to: 1. Late response by Room-dining, Front desk and Housekeeping 2. Washroom was not properly cleaned. 3. Washroom Utilities not given such as comb & Dental 4. Low quality of Shampoo installed in rooms Hope the management shall take this feedback seriously
