I visit this hotel for exam purpose on 11th of October. My experiences are good as well as bad also My good experiences are in food , hostility , location and hotel staff is very good Some issue with bathroom are there but that adjustable My only bad experience is I have to pay extra ammount in hotel to get room bcoz he gave my room to other after booking 2 days prior so I have to take a 3 bed room in place of 1 bed room which is alloted to me

when i reached their they did not gave me the room saying hotel is overbooked. After quarreling for one hour they showed me showed me a room which was being used by the staff of the hotel. They asked me to settle in that room but i refused it. Then they gave me the room which was ok but not upto the standard

My hotel was denied saying they have booked it for someone else. They asked me to cancel it and denied me even refund saying they have gotten no money from mmt. As it was ten pm in the night, i was forced to argue with them for an hour and not leave. Eventually they had to provide me a bed in their office where the washroom was ridden with paan spit stains. Since i had to get up early for exam the next day, i had to compromise with that. Ps: i wont ever book rooms with mmt. Hotels dont respect you. Nobody can reach you or hotel owner for refund. Its like a scam going on.

Ridiculous stay, broken window, no lock in door, dirty bed, wrong location on google map. Very bad impression does not fit to tie with mmt.

Old property, centrally located, reasonably maintained by the owner overall a nice decent experience but don't expect much. It's value for money deal. Good property for backpackers and families

Non hygienic hotel, ac was unplugged, sofa and chairs were very dirty and dirt patches were clear visible. Staff was not supportive.

Average food and stay. Good place to stay in low price.

This Hotel needs to really work on its Infrastructure. Its Infrastructure is very old and on the verge of Crumble. Poor Cleanliness. Staff is very Cordial. Food is Average. Location is Excellent on Mall Road. Rooms are very Spacious. If this Hotel works on Infrastructure and Aesthetics . Then this property can demand Premium. Lots of work and improvements to be done.

Hotel staff is good but they ask me submit every persons identity card according to law they can ask only one id not every persons id please clearly ask traveller to submit every persons id this issue make me mentally harres and tortured please clearly shortout my issue .

Hotel is centrally located at Mall road... But hotel has old glory... Rooms and toilets are big.. But not modernized with the pace of time... But as per tariff hotel is OK if one is travelling for business trip...

Location of hotel is heart of city. A old building but very spacious rooms. Very well maintained. That is why it is my second stay within a time of 40 days. Awesome and peaceful in the heart of city. Right in front of Heer Palace and Mega Mall. I really enjoyed my stay this time. It was my second stay within 40 days span. I would like to come again. Itz a heritage hotel .. Location is very nice .. Old construction but AC TV .. Everything working properly .. They serves Pandit hotels food that is really Delicious .. Room service is good .. One boy and girl on reception are helpful and active ... Little work of renovation needed in rooms .. Overall good hotel

Location was good. In center of mall road .. Everything you can get around the hotel. Fast food good restaurant .. Z square is around 1. 5 km .. Railway station also neary .. Staff is good ... It may best if they improve there cleaniness a bot. So its OK

Room size was good, but the furniture was broken and old. There were limited food options and service was not available after 10 at the hotel and nobody was at the reception to attend to guests. All in all a very average budget hotel.

Hi all, I would like to share my multiple stays at this hotel, the city is full of options of food so usually I go for this hotel. But as I am aware of the options available because I am aware of the city, this hotel will not be good for those people who are new in city. Because the FOOD menu is very limited or you can say they do not have any option at all accept Thali meal. Look wise hotel is not good. But the room is quite spacious and decent I have rated three just because of the room space.

Room size is big but cleanliness is zero. Bathroom is like public toilet. Room service is not good, you have remember them, what you order or you requested. I like the location of hotel near mall and cinema hall.

Hotel location is good and service is also quite OK. Room service is also not bad. Bathroom was clean and it was wash properly. Food was so costly and less in quantity. You need to go out to have lunch and dinner. Staff is well spoken and good in behaviour. Over all its good.

All staff are hotel is good and his behaviour is very good and AC work in room very well and room neat and clean and well maintained. Wi fi is also available and work very good. Location of hotel is very good
