Super Collection O Hotel Blueline

The hotel management charged extra 500 rupees for early check in. At 10 o clock second no wifi connection was there

It was a very bad experience, i paid but when i reached the hotel they charged extra money, due to the late night paid and stayed there, no extra bed given, for three people only one bed, water not coming in the washroom properly. Waste of money, don't stay here.

There was no property to stay at the location. Booking amount was taken by me but no any property was provided to stay. I faced a lot of difficulties.

The property was terrible, the staff was rude, this property was given by mmt in place of my original property which i booked through my app. Very dissatisfied also they delayed me. And the property was not justified

The room was very dirty and unhygienic. The room was very damp. Even the bathroom was dirty.

The stay was good. Room was neat and well maintained. Hotel staff is supportive, i checked in at 1:30am and they were there to help us even in the midnight. There was proper space available for car parking as well.

This hotel rooms are nice and staff are very helpfull, very nice and beautiful located at the centre of all the major points of kanpur

The room wasn't clean hairs on the bed no packaged water bottle bad service

We had booked 2 rooms for family with 2+1 but the hotelier had charged an extra amount for both rooms. The facilities were not upto mark.
