The room was good, except it had stains on some sheets which depicted it was very old even though it was clean. The cost is way too pricey compared to what was offered. Till 11 you'll hear loud music from the sky lounge.

They have sky lounge on 3 ed floor but its is extremely noisy and they start at 8 pm and play non stop till mid night or even longer, not suggested for any kind of traveller if you like to have quite night, however good customer service and good dining options.

It was a great stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It's safe and secure to have a stay at the mvr grand. It's veer easy to locate the hotel on google map. I visited kanpur for the very first time and found the location of the hotel was good. The provided me with the best amenities and services. The quality of food was too good. I ordered food form there opal restaurant. And the food was amazing. Overall i had a hassle free and great stay at this property. I highly recommend it.
