A very nice stay & a good breakfast and a good staff enjoyed my stay and the centre of the kanpur city Hotel Mandakini Royale is very nice and breakfast and food were also very tasty and the hotel is very clean and the behavior of the staff is also helpful

The hotel rooms need to be upgraded — features like electronic door locks should be installed, as the current setup feels quite outdated

The hotel is good. However, it's far from Kanpur Central railway station. It's near to Govindpuri station in Kanpur. Couldn't get chance to taste it's food. Staff behaviour was ok. Amenities inside room were good.

Had a comfortable stay at Mandakini Hotel. The property is well-maintained and is mostly chosen when there’s an event planned at the venue itself, as it offers multiple halls suitable for weddings, engagements, and other gatherings. Room amenities could be improved—especially the quality of bedrolls and other in-room items—but overall, it served the purpose well.

1-Room were nice. 2-Hotel staff was good. 3-In Prime Location. 4-Safety 5-Good hygiene 6-Good for party arrangements.

HOTEL IS LOCATED AT PROPER AREA EASY ACCESS TO DIFFERENT LOCATION. EASY TO COMMUTE THROUGH UBER OR LOCAL TRANSPORT VEHICLE. HOTEL HAS A RESTAURANT AND GOOD FOOD. ROOM IS SMALL AND OK. HOWEVER FOUND ISSUE WITH AIR CIRCULATION AS IT SMELLS. OVERALL OK

It was suffocating and old. Staff told us that hotel is like this only. Smell was also damp like. AC was not cooling

Hotel room and toilet did not have a ventilation. Room was damp and not suitable for staying more than a day.

Everything was great until they started asking for tips repeatedly which annoys me. And the staff were so loud and fighting within them and there is no coordination and the role of proper service
