They don't respond well to guests. Lot of disturbance one may face if any party is organized by chance on the same day.

rooms are too narrow and don't have any view. provision of natural lights are almost NIL. It's only recommended for bed and Breakfast.

Total waste of money staff was not friendly I requested iron and iron board they said giving but whole just kept on giving. Excuses their washroom was stinking too much mosquito will never go again

Good location, food was excellent, almost all amenities like Wifi,TV etc and services available like taxi to airport.

Great stay at hotel rosewood (kanpur) en route to prayagraj mahakumbh from jaipur. New, clean, good rooms, free upgrade to family suite! reasonable extra bed charges. Highly recommend!

Location is good rooms are very small size while food quality is okie but in kanpur very few decent hotels

I booked this hotel seeing it is near to the venue of a marriage programme and it’s an 4 star hotel. The room was supposed to be given by 12 noon but they took nearly an hour and handed over the room around 1 pm. Then after my refreshment, bath and some official works I left my laptop in the room and proceeded to the marriage venue taking the key with me around 2.30 pm. The whole night the marriage went and by 6.30 am I came back and opened the room to get a fresh bath and proceed to Delhi. But it was a shock that the room has been used by some other person as the room had lot of long hairs, hair bands in the bed, few cosmetic items, few more items I cannot identify and my laptop was missing. I called the makemytip helpline initially informed the issue and took the guy in the reception how you have issued the room to someone when I haven’t checked out and informed my laptop is missing. The receptionist brought the laptop from some other room. When I asked the details they informed the makeup artist who was staying previous day (before me in the same room) has another key she came back. they were maintaining as they were not ready to accept. Then I called when they came checked the CCTV footage it was the hotelier who himself opened the room with master key and given the room to makeup artist for a programme which is happening in the hotel. Simply the hoteliers has lost the trust and this kind of incidences can any time cause security threats. I travel officially and personally to many places but such incidences never happened. Now it’s an eye opener to me. Please who all read this review.

The stay was nice. The room was exactly what shown on the site. The room was clean and well furnished. The service was good and hospitable

While hotel amineties and rooms were as expected. There was constant construction noise coming from within the hotel till 3 am possibly from renovation activities.
