They have spent a lot in assets but are very poorly maintained! 1. Showers don't give good flow. 2. Linens and blanket covers are not changed daily 3. Dusting sweeping of rooms not done! 5. Restaurant entrance is full of greasy dirt. 6. Bathrooms have very low light, dangerous to shave in that dim lights. 7. This time, the whole of my stay they served warm water in a bucket. 8. Don't take care for refilling tea bags etc. 9. Food quality is not as per. 10. It is not a hotel for business class people. 11. Rooms have damps.

Hotel looks new constructed property but the all the material like bedsheet, blanket , pillow gives feeling of Second hand. No hot water in tap, Exhaust not working in bathroom due to that bathroom get stinking, very low light in bathroom which cause difficulty in shaving, TV screen damaged. Breakfast was average. Room No - 207.

Hotel staff is not so polite. I had to call multiple times for cleanliness issues in the room. Room had the bad smell even the lobby also had the smell. For buffet breakfast aaloo paratha, poha, sandwich, watermelon, coffee/tea were available. Options were not that great. I asked for the watermelon, staff said that fruited are over, there is nothing available despite paying 300 rupees for the breakfast. Next minute another staffer brought the watermelon. They are not willing to offer services to their customers. Only good thing was that room was spacious enough.

Can not be worst than it. I booked hotel and paid in advance. My train got late and when i reached to reception and requested if i can extend the check out a bit because all night i have been travel-ling due to my train delay and couldnt rest properly the attended mr. Vikas told me that he can not help with such a rude attitude. I was s hoked with his attitude to attend a client. I have stayed in hotels like park inn, radisson, taj and they have always accepted my request and you are saying you were super booked to handle my small request. I saw how many people were there at breakfast table. I barely could see them. Highly dissatisfied with your hospitality
