HOTEL SB CASTLE

No buffet breakfast, no warm water for bathing, no assistance, room is spacious, railway sound disturbance

There is no any welcome for guest and behaviour is a Dharmshala stay. and lift is making noise and vibrate for this create safety concern for guest. No hygiene maintain in bathroom and dust also found in bed.

Property location is best, middle of Kanpur and Room is big clean, it is just beside Govindpuri railway station Kanpur, you can go buy auto

Location was near to bus stand and was very smooth and quick check in, room was clean and hygiene, staff was also cooperative

very bad experience from previous 2-3 staying...... every time water supply issue in wash room, electric socket is not working earthing is not good

property is justifying its rent, but don't expect prompt service from the staff, overall average stay.

The room was so ordinary and there was a foul smell all over in the room of smoke and alcohol. It was like somebody must have had a party in that room and they gave that room to me without proper disinfection and cleaning

Breakfast was terrible.. only sandwich poha and aloo puri... no. Boiled eggs.. no omelette. No juice..no milk.. only tea n. Coffee... very poor hospitality... this is not a hotel.. actually this is banquet cum hotel..room service was only upto 11 pm. Finally I recommend this banquet cum hotel should be in the category of 1 star not 3 star.. The amount I have spent was not worth for this type of property.

Overall it was ok, food was good, in my 4 days stay tv was only operational for one night, the quality of coffee was not satisfactory

Food : delicious 5/5 improve area- air conditioning systems. Not sufficient as per size of the room need more powerful as per my experience.

I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at sb castle. The lack of cleanliness, noise disturbance, and overall poor condition of the facilities made for an unpleasant experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements for future guests. As per my experience, i will not suggest anyone to visit sb castle for staying purposes.
