Poor Stay
Contact no available on phone provide wrong information over phone and charged extra Rs 1500 on account of upgradation despite the same room size and amenities. Further room AC was not working and ac of alternative room was very noisy.

Avoid at all Costs - Worst hotel experience
The hotel might look appealing from the outside, but my stay turned out to be extremely disappointing. The room had multiple issues: the AC was leaking water, the fan made a loud disturbing noise, the bathroom ceiling had a big hole, and the geyser had exposed internal wiring which felt unsafe. Even the pillows had completely lost their cushioning and were uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, I was wrongly charged for a food item I neither ordered nor consumed. When I raised the issue with the staff, instead of checking their records or CCTV footage, they started blaming me and insisted no mistake was made on their side. Their attitude towards resolving the problem was unprofessional and very frustrating. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property.

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly polite and always ready to help, whether it was with local recommendations or room service. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the food was fresh and delicious. The location is also very convenient—close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I will definitely be coming back.

The room was quite alright, the bathroom should have been cleaner and only the shower was working not the tap below and basic amenities like face was and conditioner was not available

No more worth for money
Quality has decreased. Earlier this hotel was atleast an average hotel. Toilet was not clear, no buffet breakfast, poor behavior of staff. It seems they are concentrating more on parties and marriage functions and gatherings.

Good Stay
It is a great place with delicious food and excellent customer service. The staff is polite and attentive, making the experience pleasant. The place is clean and well-maintained, perfect for families and friends. It offers both upstairs and downstairs seating, giving you a choice of ambiance. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable spot to dine. Definitely recommended!

Not Recommended found lizard in washroom
I found lizard roaming on the bathroom floor and also the bathroom is very smelly. Althought they have changed the after I complained but this not expected from any hotel. Room size is good but AC is also very outdated and I think it was also not maintained because it took more than a hour to cool the room. They provided complimentary breakfast next morning and breakfast was also only Average. Overall I would not recommend this hotel you can find much better options in this price

The stay was very good....the local manager called us up personally for check in and enquired about as we were getting late....he even asked us to keep our dinner waiting in our room...great care....the rooms were also neat and clean and had a good breakfast spread in the buffet..... Overall a one night stay but very comforting.
