Bad smell in rooms and 2nd floor areas and not provided dental kit and ask for providing kit and parking is major issue here

In this hotel service quality is not good and dental kit also not available all over i found i was not satisfied

It’s a very good hotel with ample of space for parking. The room was neat and clean but there was no hot water in the washroom. The management should look into it. Room service was prompt.
