wifi and dental kit issue and cleaning was not that good

don't have dental kit n not supportive..

property fund out with MMT, good experience of stay...will recommend to stay if you are visiting industrial area kanpur

the provided room is having seepage and services is not upto the mark the behaviour of the support staff is also not good.

I have booked imperial hotel & convention centre, Kanpur for 24th February. In your site its location is shown in Azad Nagar but it is situated in Dada Nagar which is far away from my desired wedding destination. You have filled all false and misleading information about this hotel. I didn’t stay even for 10 minutes in this hotel. I have decided not to book anything from your site now onwards.

Hotel has a very good staff food is super tasty & always served fresh amenities are upto the mark location is okay in short one can have a proper & comfortable stay, without any problem. No thanks i do not have pics

Hotel imperial was undergoing some repair work when we checked in around 2. 30 p. M, and the hammering was quite loud and very disturbing. It went on till 6 p. M, and we had to tolerate it somehow. But the food ordered was good and the service provided by each of the staff was very good so we did not react to the disturbance. The room was small and enclosed from all sides. The washroom was ok. Complimentary breakfast the next morning was very basic, and they could surely add on with more fruit options. Since the staff were very polite and quick on their services, we were happy to ignore the few deficiencies. Probably with all repair work, they could look at consistent quality services in all aspects. Goodluck.

The clearness and environment shown in the social media (mmt) is like a fake, very bad maintenance, no proper reception, no good skilled staff. Old rooms, mosquito and cockroch in the room. Very bad experience, not a value worth stay.

It was good experience while staying in this hotel. Good service, good behaviour of staff, well cleaned and good size rooms. Food was also awesome and pricing was also not higher side

Prompt staff service and clean rooms. No toiletry in the washrooms though and also, location wise, it's right in the middle of an industrial area so finding cabs will be difficult. Half of the rooms do not have any windows.

New hotel in midst of dadanagar industrial area. Approach is like any industrial area. U rarely get uber cars etc. Its mostly auto. Room of lower category with windows better than premium room which now are without a single window. Menu is limited, food just ok. Toiletries only in premium room. Water finished for me early morning. So freshened myself in another just vacated room

Wifi and blowers not available in room food price maximum rate toilet plet not clin, car parking is not available

Very pleasant stay there. Food taste was superb and very clean and comfortable stay.

Food and services are good however location is commercial. Room service is better compared with others. Hotel is neat and clean. Overall experience is good.

I had booked the hotel for three days by mmt. It is located away from city crowd but not too far. Check in was hassle free within no time. Reception and staff had warm behaviour ready to help in all possible ways. Room tariffs were also reasonable. Ac in my room was not working and after complain they changed and upgrade the room with no extra cost. Cleaniness was great. Restaurant food was also very tasty.

Room service response was very slow, they took lot of time to requested items. Also parking was not safe as neither covered nor reserved. I need to park my vehicle on road entire night.
