With many rats in the room no service even towel provided after many requests. Smell in room very poor conditions of room. The hotel staff was not professional. There was no proper safety and security in the hotel toilets were too small

Apart from ac the control of which is with the reception, rest everything is of a low standard. The price should be no more than a few hundred. It looks like filling their pockets by charging handsomely from customers.

Room was dirty. Even during pandemic bedsheet were used and dirty. Bathroom was unhigenic and handwash was missing. Inf-act i had booked hotel swami but shifted in another hotel.
