There were cockroaches in the room ,and during night time insects came and room was full of it .

Hotel was quite good but not up to the mar and the room service boys aren’t active.Location were very near to Central station and ghanta ghar chauraha

it's good for the price range, it is just beside the lata continental ... hotel entrance has a faul smell but... the room at e clean and proper

Hotel was very unhygienic with irresponsible housekeeping staff. Even towel was not provided. AC remote was not functioning. Washroom isn't clean.

Hotel is located at railway station and they don't have parking. When i arrived there they were confused where to park my car. They sent my car three to four place but couldn't parked. Finally they parked my car at railway station parking and my self carry the bags from there to hotel not by their staff. Also i paid for parking of inr 120. 00 which must be paid from hotel management as they sent my car there for parking.

Service is very poor, bathroom tap was leaking, tv could not used n in the morning warm water not supplied, i will recommend any one to book this hotel, in comparisons to near other hotels, their charges are more, about 20 %

Room is not properly clean, also mosquito was there. Regulator of fan is not working. Fan is on high speed only. Quality of matrices was very bad. I didn’t take any pictures

Located at the ghanta ghar, shop nearby operates 24/7. Good for an overnight stay with friends. Will not recommend for a family who are looking for all the amenities.

When i came here receptionist say ki aapka room kisi auro ko de diya hai we have no occupancy yet i was waited at-least till 7. 38 am and there is no available room for me while i booked a room from 21/12/2024 my whole day of meeting is damaged my experience is so bad

The hotel room was good, service was great and mr. Vaibhav (manager) was very kind, helpful and flexible. In total, my experience was good during my stay.
