Unnecessary charges

When i was given bill at the end they had charged me for tea which was earlier told as part of breakfast. Also the prices for dinner were higher than on the menu card. When i enquired they was menu card was old. I was in a hurry as i had to catch my train so had no time to argue on. Otherwise the staff was punctual and courteous but they charged unnecessarily high.
No temperature checks or sanitization of hands was done at entry. No one was wearing mask.

Very sorry for inconvinence caused sir, but post covid prices of the food items had been hiked @ 10 percent due to increase in lpg prices, also tea is excluded from the breakfast as we only provide either meal or tea + mineral water, whichever is suitable to guest, as u were in a hurry we didnt had a communication thats y u faced the problem, we have clearly mentioned at the back of menu card that rates have been revised, temp chek and sanatization we admit were not provided, will improve the food quality and will improve the things mentiones by u thanks visit again

Bad experience

I have booked room by seeing pictures and overall reviews. Suggest not to book it due to bad food, cleaning and cost. Food was so bad that i won't able to eat but charges were so high. Also please don't go with pictures.

It was business trip room washroom and the facilities was average location was convenient Hotel services and staff behavior was average. Overall it was an average stay. I will not recommend to others.

Not recommend at all. Worst Hotel to stay with family or Solo travellers. They also refused to provide the bill for my stay.
