Food was not good and staff is very bad.
Very bad hotel, only 1 time stay, can be recommended for only single person, not for family.

Good city. All hotels are near to station. Food is also good as Siyaram restaurant’s food is so good.
Not cleaned properly, power points not available at required locations. Even mobile charging is not possible. Toilet's flush also not working properly.

I visited Kanpur to appear in a Exam. Firstly the room was very Dirty... I could feel the smell of Gutkha there and wrappers we're present too along with nuts on the bed. Bed sheet was too dirty and pillow quality was less than the average. Now let me share the most terrible thing happened to me: It being New year, the hotel staff had set up Speakers on which songs were being played very loud. I asked them to decrease the volume so that I could sleep as next day I had an exam. They said that they will Smith off it after sometime so I started watching TV till then as it was hard to sleep in that noise. After sometime hotel owner came to my room and shouted on me, they don't know how to deal with the guests. I was so scared and feeling helpless as I don't have any option. I could not roam in the night to search another hotel.The entire night I could not sleep out of the fear of any quarrel with the drunken Owner again. I suggest not to visit there with there family specially with any Female member. I am very disappointed with MakeMyTrip to have these kind of hotels listed.

Near the railway station. Location is good. Cleanliness is not good. Room is very small.

I stayed here with my girl friend for one night. The hotel is very near to the station, its hardly 5 minutes walk from the station. Hotel staffs are very cooperative. But the food is very costly here and the containers in which food was served, was not clean. So overall its an average experience. But one thing its a very nice place to stay specially for couple.

Four star rating hotel and station near approx five hundred meter. Staff member behavior is good.

Good hotel in budget price overall experience good but in AC room they don't have western toilet it as indian .
