I recently stayed at Hotel The Downtown downtown in kanpur, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience. Staff at reception was very welcoming and polite and took care of every detailed requirements at the time of check-in. An excellent welcome drink (Fresh lime) was offered to freshen ourselves. Additional toileteries etc. was provided for additional family member along with a comfortable folding bed. Suite booked was as per expectations and spacious. Very nice restaurant, Pebbles, on Top floor was an additional advantage with excellent food. Location view was a bit disappointing due to a railway crossing, local market and sewer work in front however there is a mall next to property.

The Downtown Hotel is located in a fairly bustling area. Easily reachable from railway station. The room and amenities were excellent. I had a comfortable stay. The washroom is well designed, clean and hygienically maintained. Only negative was a little foul smell, probably from the drain, which needs to be addressed. The restaurant in the terrace has a wide menu choice. All the items I ordered were very tasty. Service and hospitality was very good. I appreciate this Hotel The Downtown and recommend heartily.

location of the Hotel The Downtown is in good community . food is good and above the ordinary level. nice aesthetic look and staff members are well behaved and helpful. I recommend this Hotel The Downtown to the persons who came to visit gsvm kanpur

Breakfast was great. We needed to check out early and the Hotel The Downtown staff allowed us to leave luggage at the reception for a few hours.
