We visited this hotel for the very first time. Overall experience is good. Staff is providing their best service to customers. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Breakfast is also good

Average Stay
The hotel was fine for a short trip. Staff were polite and the location was convenient, but the rooms and overall upkeep could be better. Average experience overall.

Excellent Stay
The property is cosy and comfy. I booked a queen room. The room was a little small but was clean and hygienic. The staff behaviour was also very nice. The breakfast had good options and was definitely better.

The Downtown - the perfect Abode - when Kanpur calls
The Downtown is a perfect place to be when you are visiting Kanpur. It's almost in center and connectivity from anywhere is great. Food services and House keeping staff were great. Reception / Front office staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, perfect stay. This was my 4th visit to this Hotel.

AC was not working ..telephone not working.. water heating will be done when customers ask.. it’s not heated automatically!!

Great Food, Clean place, Helpful staff.
Breakfast was great. We needed to check out early and the hotel staff allowed us to leave luggage at the reception for a few hours.

Overall very nice experience and a comfortable stay in Kanpur.
Staff at reception was very welcoming and polite and took care of every detailed requirements at the time of check-in. An excellent welcome drink (Fresh lime) was offered to freshen ourselves. Additional toileteries etc. was provided for additional family member along with a comfortable folding bed. Suite booked was as per expectations and spacious. Very nice restaurant, Pebbles, on Top floor was an additional advantage with excellent food. Location view was a bit disappointing due to a railway crossing, local market and sewer work in front however there is a mall next to property.
