Room at the hotel was not provided as they said they had not confirmed the room however makemytrip had sent me the confirmation. Had to pay extra just to get the room which i had already booked and paid for

It's not a hotel. It's a very old building. Basically it's an old residence. They converted some rooms to hotels. There was no person in reception. They are not professional. I request you don't give the booking through the makemytrip app. It's a total waste of money. No facilities there. You have to check after that you have to give permission to book through your app. I didn't click any image. I was sad. The condition of residence hotel was bad.

Food was good, rooms were not good, floor staff were good

The food was good, staff was very warm but the place needs overhaul. The property is very well located and has an excellent restaurant next door call mocha. It will help if some attention is paid to the interiors.

The hotel is nice and cozy. But very unorganized and laid back staff. Very careless. The reception staff did not give my photo id back after copying. I too missed it so had to come back to pick it up. Missed my train. So missed my flight too. Huge loss because of them. I really had to pull out a simple sorry from The manager's mouth. He was not even helpful to get me a cab to Delhi. If he had acted on time I could have got The flight.

The room was good, neat and spacious. Location was superb. The only problem was food that was pathetic. Hotel staff were highly unprofessional. It's more like a home stay not a hotel.

This property is to be treated like a guest house type facility, not a full service hotel. However, staffs are cooperative. Option from food is either from a restaurant mocha, which has a rear Side entry also from The hotel) or may avail in house dining options by cook engaged in The owner s house. We opted for The latter. Good choice for a short stay. Location is very near to Zsquare mall and Naveen market.

Very poor. They denied to provide the food, asked me to get the food from neighborhood restaurant Mocha. Location was okay. Services and facilities were worst, no toiletries provided by hotel, towel was full of lint and dust, blanket cover became yellow and dirty looks like not cleaned since last few weeks. AC wasn't working at all, telephone was dead, sofa looks like forty year old. Not even given bottle of mineral water as a complimentary in the beginning later they don't charge.

No water bottle, no amenities, dead telephone, single bed, worst.
First and last visit of mine, Telephone was dead.

Not fine, my home is better. No one to provide service. It is a house turned into hotel but in name pf service they absolutely do not have staff. It appears the owner Mr advocate's home servants are adding up as service staff.

Our stay at Attic was very pleasant. Since the venue was also in Civil Lines we dint have any problem commuting to the place given the traffic jams at every corner of city. The look and feel was old time British and we enjoyed our breakfast in their sprawling green garden!

The room is excellent . Has the colonial look . Location is also in the prime area. Very peaceful and calm atmosphere . Like you're at home . Providing kettle and tea and coffee would have been nice . Service is also good. Have very good restaurants near by and also the main market of Kanpur are all in 1 km surroundings. Overall very good experience. We love to stay gain.

This is really a Heritage Property/Resorts. We have taken 3 rooms there, all rooms are well furnished. We have really enjoyed over there, if we will visit next time Kanpur or coming some body else, we will definitely recommend to others. Very nice property.

This hotel is for those who love old charms. It reminded me my childhood memories. It's an big old mansion converted into an hotel by the owner and they still lives their. Food was good and very homely as it's cooked in the same owner kitchen. Good garden and away from the crowded area. If you love old charms you will love the hotel. Staff is decent. Also near to Z Square Mall. There can be few things which might not be so perfect In hotel but the ambience and rawness will compensate for sure.
