The room was very dirty, the TV was not working properly, and the lights in the room were very low. Room service is also not proper. Hence I am not satisfied.

The hotel stay was okay-not great, but not too bad either. The room and service were decent, though nothing stood out as exceptional. It did the job for a comfortable stay without any major issues.

Terrible Stay

The room was in worst condition as it was not as shown in profile and we had also stuck in problem for checkout due to receptionist mistake. And the receptionist was asking money for complementary breakfast provided in bill.

Room cleaning and bedsheets are very dirty no hygiene maintain in the room condoms are under the bed as wel as dustbin was very dirty no complimentary water, shop, hand-was available. I totally unhappy with your services
