I am writing to express my disappointment with the state of the washroom in my room, , during my stay on 28 July'25 Upon arrival, I found the washroom to be very dirty and unhygienic.

Service was good location is nice this property is in Gomti nagar staff was also very helpful overall experience is good

required accessories were not available prior to entering the room. one by one I have informed about missing items (soap, shampoo, tooth brush etc). they didn't provide a shaving kit. Rice was not. cooked well (wet rice) and poor quality.

Excellent hospitality! The front desk was so helpful, and we loved how central the hotel was. overall a good stay

The premium room booking included complimentary breakfast and dinner for two, but the hotel initially refused to provide dinner, forcing us to dine at our own expense. After raising a complaint, a partial refund was processed, but it took around two hours. Despite informing the hotel of our 8:30 AM departure and requesting breakfast in advance, only bread toast and tea were provided. The staff was uncooperative and unprofessional, making our stay unpleasant. As first-time guests of Fab Hotels, this experience was highly disappointing and raises concerns about recommending it for corporate stays.

I was told good about the hotel. But found wrist. No toiletry. Lift not working. No tea coffee making. Room very small. Very bad small towel. No service. Tele. Was. On hold. Breakfast very very bad. Booked for 25th wanted to cancelled. Refused to make payment. Cant explain very bad hotel regards. I am there on 24 th night.

It's okay best budget hotel. But nice.

Overall very good experience. Specially the staff was very much cooperative. Food quality was good.

Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats of to your team. Basic amenities provided by the hotel.

Room was not clean, pillows were dirty, very unhygienic, amenities and services were pathetic, will not recommend this hotel to anyone for their stay, location was also not good.

Poor housekeeping and casual approach of the staffs.

The hotel was very accessible. The staff was very polite and kind. The rooms are clean and airy. There was uninterrupted electric and water supply. The wifi functioned well. Since we booked breakfast as a part of the mm t deal the hotel gave us decent options for breakfast. Overall it was a decent stay and complete value for money at the price charged.
