Internet was not working for during complete stay even after complaining to staff it was not working otherwise rest of service was average.

location is good with lot of shops and eatery around. Room were a mess , bedsheets were not clean ,lot of cockroachs in the room. AC and TV not working.

Totally bad experience, rooms is not good, staff is not good. Today is my worst experience in any hotel. As soon as i checked in, i left the room within 15 minutes and booked other hotel.

The room was extremely dirty, bed sheets had multiple stains and hairs, balcony door was not operating properly, the photos showed and the actual room was far apart from each other. I would suggest anyone who is thinking of booking the stay in this property should think twice before booking there. I have been travelling all my life and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I did not stay on property after seeing the room. Dont beluve on cliness as what show in picture. . Avoid family stay and avoid if u need clinessness.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was below even basic hospitality standards. The rooms were in terrible condition – the bedding had oil stains and mold, the toilets were unclean with water on the floor, and the bathroom walls were dirty. Despite making us wait for an hour for “cleaning,” the room had dust on the floor when we entered. To make matters worse, the water kettle was missing its heating plate, making it unusable. The room service was slow, and the staff seemed confused when asked for cleaning. They unlocked one room but didn’t have the keys to the second room, causing unnecessary delays. I was traveling with senior citizens, and they had to wait at the reception for an hour due to the staff’s inefficiency. Even at the reception, we had to ask the staff to turn on ventilation or air conditioning because it was stuffy. There was zero customer service—instead of taking responsibility, the owner simply justified the lack of cleanliness, saying it’s not a 4- or 5-star hotel. In my opinion, no matter the star rating, basic hygiene and cleanliness should be a priority for any hotel providing accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs serious improvement in cleanliness, service, and customer care.

On the day of check-in, i didn't get my room. They put me under constructed room. As per staff, they overlooked my booking, which was fully advanced paid. Next day i got my room. From that day till my check out, the tv was connected to wifi. I have to connect my personal internet to operate the tv. I called several times to fix the tv, but it was not done till my last night. There was no courtesy call or message from staff as my first night was ruined.

very dirty room, full of mosquitos, dirty bed, no light for 1 hour as the bill was not paid. Worst room ever stayed

The hotel is very well located and has all amenities. The rooms are spacious. But there is no service. Nobody picked up the phone even if you walk 200 yards to reception even after approaching two or three times. Nobody comes to give you water or clean the room. Even the garbage of the last guest was laying there and not cleaned. The best property but poorly managed.

Pathetic, terribly poor. Worse. Firstly it is not hotel they have rooms in society which are being used as room. Reception is 1 block and rooms in block 2. So either they don't come for any service or do it in hours. First time ever in my life the moment i entered room it was used one. They forgot to make it. Used bathrooms and beds. They took 2 hours to make it right and no other room was available so had to wait. Algae in glass water bottle. No basic things even. Overal not recommended even if given free

Bed linens are stained, cockroaches all around the room. Please avoid this hotel.

Not couple friendly, bad rooms never gonna book again. Unhygienic - 10/10 no sanitary provided, no towels and services at room. Mosquito bugs can be seen, their corpses were lying around.

It’s a worst place to think of staying. It washrooms are pathetic, filthy and smelly torn bed sheet full of bugs and stains.

Very tidy, unhinged environment and very unattainable staff. I don’t know how they are running the whole concept as they have rooms in a corporate building on different levels.
