I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was below even basic hospitality standards.
The rooms were in terrible condition – the bedding had oil stains and mold, the toilets were unclean with water on the floor, and the bathroom walls were dirty. Despite making us wait for an hour for “cleaning,” the room had dust on the floor when we entered. To make matters worse, the water kettle was missing its heating plate, making it unusable.
The room service was slow, and the staff seemed confused when asked for cleaning. They unlocked one room but didn’t have the keys to the second room, causing unnecessary delays. I was traveling with senior citizens, and they had to wait at the reception for an hour due to the staff’s inefficiency. Even at the reception, we had to ask the staff to turn on ventilation or air conditioning because it was stuffy.
There was zero customer service—instead of taking responsibility, the owner simply justified the lack of cleanliness, saying it’s not a 4- or 5-star hotel. In my opinion, no matter the star rating, basic hygiene and cleanliness should be a priority for any hotel providing accommodation.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It needs serious improvement in cleanliness, service, and customer care.
