All amenities was waste of money, Staff behaviour, Laundry Services, HK services and Breakfast all was pathetic.

Location is very prime but rooms should be improved as per the price. I paid 1900/ just for few hours and didn't book again as i found the rooms cramped and not up to the mark. Staffs were courteous but the main issues was the room.

Overall it is a good neat, clean washroom and the room, staff is cooperative property location is near the charbagh station

I stayed there with my family and we definitely did not had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The receptionist was very rude to us. Our room did not had plenty of lights in it.

Unhygienic and worst hotel lived so far. Starting from lift, to dirty corridors, and smelly and dirty room. I had to exit one day beforehand the hotel, even though with the loss of my money. This property should not be listed under makemytrip at all.

Aaminity is not maintained, breakfast is same everyday, executive room but not at all maintained. Not providing anything

Food was not so nice, bed sheets are not so clean, no extra pillows except 2, noise of vehicles was coming from street at night
