CN comforts hotel & dormitory

Very Bad Service. I have booked Single room with attached Washroom but they give only very small size room and provide common washroom. Also Complimentary Water Bottle not given.

For bathing, even mug was not there, i think the same mug was used for toilet and bathing as the mug was laid on commode and when I asked him for mug. he gave the same for bathing, even after argument nothing has happened. I was there for 4 nights, bedsheet was not changed for once and the same case was with clining or sweeping. good service, excellent amenities, AC was quite good, wifi was working fine

1. No discount, his charge me 300/rs extra

The hotel stay was just terrible because its mentioned that the rooms will have king size bed, however the bed was just as a half bed size. Secondly, and the main thing is that the washrooms were not attached to the rooms and bathrooms outside were very untidy, unclean, and there was no facility for warm water in this weather(january month. We had to take a bath with ice cold water. It was pathetic.

The hotel has hygiene issues, no cleanliness and no facilities as shown in web. I didn't like the way the person spoke to me before i check in as they were not agreeing to assign a room even though i already made the payment. 1200 chahiye
