Location is good, its a residential area but you get ola/uber and food delivery. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Food provided (paid service) is very nice, its like home food. Host is very humble and accomodative. Only issue we faced was, I had booked Epsilon room which is in second floor without lift and I had sr citizen parents with me. Also there was no gyser in the washroom but they provided hot water in bucket. Overall our stay was quite satisfactory.

The host is cooperative. The whole premise is hygienic and safe.

Absolutely loved my stay the place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back again.

I had the most horrible experience and here’s why. 1. I initially booked but they asked me for extra 500 rupees saying they will not let my 3 dogs but if I give him 500 extra, he will give me a bigger room. 2. Just after reaching he shoot out of my room saying that his son wants to play with my dogs and kept on standing my door. We couldn’t even settle down.3. The entire room was full of mosquitoes. 4. The bathroom is tiny. Not a single dustbin in the entire room. 5. owner will keep on giving you instructions on my personal number. To give an example, he wrote to me yo switch off the lights and fans before leaving, kept asking me when will I check out even though I booked the whole place for an entire day till next day check out. Then he asked me to not throw things on ground and use dustbin ( which he didn’t even have). I assured him with a video that I’m keeping everything clean and asked him not to worry. 6. After leaving his house he instructed me that next time I should give him the correct time of check out. Mind you, I checked in at 5pm and checked out next day at 9:30 am. 7. He then added that I should not allow my dogs on bed. I told him that my dogs didn’t even damage a single thing in the room, if they did I would have taken full responsibility but after booking the room, I feel I can decide where I want my dogs. I literally washed even the utensils I used and put everything aside in my own garbage bag and kept the room clean. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! And I don’t want anyone else to face this. I have all the messages from him if anyone wants to know. Worst host ever. Also everything in the amenities section is a lie.. no help with the luggage, no iron, no hairdryer, no restaurant or food and service is something you’ll have to give as a customer by cleaning each and everyone before you leave. Or be aware of the direct WhatsApp messages from him.

We were returning from Haridwar and halted in Lucknow just for the night. The homestay is very nice. Clean room tastefully done.

We left shani nilayam feeling special and well-cared for, thanks to the hosts' exceptional hospitality. We wish them all the best and look forward to returning. Most friendly and helpful person lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
