Hotel Europe Plaza

Very unhygienic room bed quality bedding bed quality toilets not cooperating front office. I am stay in this hotel.

Good stay with trained staff, ok Good condition of room, staff behaviour is good and cooperative ,

Food is not tasted, amenities are ok and service is good. properly need some mentinance, but over all experience is good. staff is also ok.

There are a lot of street food facilities, not good in the hotel. Service was not much better not a very good hotel in our opinion

Washroom doesn't have jet spray

Building is good but hotel rooms are not well managed ac is not proper working no remote of ac making noise loudly damage pillow covers dirty bed sheets damage door lock

No proper cleaning, no complementary water, no wifi

The ac was broken. The tv was not working. Even the plugs near the bed was not working as soon as you turn off the lights.

Hotel room is not good, it is a average hotel

Room was dirty. They didn't change bedsheet and pillow covers. And bathroom was also uncleaned.

Services are good requires more improvement.

Good experience will like to visit again.

Very poor and dirty hotel. Totaly waste of money. And faced so many problems like hotel staff se very rude. Room was dirty.
