I was found this location through make my trip application. it was amazing experience.

There was improper washroom with limited things. Geyser was not working. After complaint also, the problem did not got sorted . Staff behaviour was fine. The room was not as shown in the image. Bedsheet was not so clean. Fine for hourly stay but not not for overnight.

absolute dogshit. worst hotel ever. don't stay here. rats in the room, broken AC, shitty owner. i would rather die before staying here again.

I expected a much better experience for the price I paid. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

Hotel staff was good but the basin tap was not working properly and.... overall it was a fine stay with some recurring poweroffs.

The room was different from picture shown on MMT. Very poor experience. Remove the property from MMT.

The stay was not at all good... The room was not in good condition. There was no proper drinking water... the rooms were full of smoke smell... unhygienic rooms . The rooms were so bad that I checked out on that day only and moved to another hotel. I would like to request refund for my one day money with the hotel.

Overall, the hotel experience was good. The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the room lock was not working properly, but the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful and made the stay comfortable.

Wi-Fi speed was decent but could be more The restaurant staff was polite and attentive, A few more healthy and light meal options could be added to the menu. During peak hours, service could be slightly quicker. 3. Amenities The property offered a good range of amenities, enhancing the overall stay experience. Recreational facilities: Swimming pool, gym, and spa were clean and well-maintained. Business facilities: Conference room with necessary equipment was available for work meetings. Parking: Sufficient and secure parking space provided. Wi-Fi & Connectivity: Internet speed was average, but reliable for basic browsing and video calls. Additional services: Complimentary water, tea/coffee maker, and laundry services were a nice touch. These amenities added value and convenience, making the stay more enjoyable. 4. Services & Staff The staff and services truly stood out, making the experience memorable. The team was friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Front desk staff handled queries and bookings efficiently. Housekeeping was consistent, maintaining cleanliness to a high standard. Room service and restaurant staff were polite and prompt. One of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which was greatly appreciated.

This should not be considered as hotel , it is a risk to MakeMyTrip's image . very disgusting , extremely dirty , like a railway station waiting room . Rooms are super dirty and extremely smelly . can't sleep whole night . MakeMyTrip should not market this hotel at all Pathetic Property is pathetic , super unhygienic, very dirty , like a dharamshala , smelling rooms , dirty toilet seat and washrooms . Negative ratings from me . Should be removed from make my trip
