Her proactive approach, including calling twice a day to check on our needs, is truly rare and incredibly commendable. Mahi's politeness and respectful demeanor set a benchmark for hospitality, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our visit. The S P International stay itself was very nice, contributing to a comfortable experience. However, there was a minor issue with the room and the air conditioning that, unfortunately, was not handled effectively by the male night manager. This detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent stay. Recommendation: We highly recommend this S P International for its exceptional customer service, particularly highlighting Mahi's exemplary dedication. Addressing the consistency of service across all staff, especially regarding problem resolution, would elevate the experience to perfection.

Location : Close to Charbagh railway station Purpose : I had stay at the S P International for 4 nights. Room is well maintained with all mentioned facilities. Hotel staff are cordial in nature. Hotel is being rated high for its hospitality. Flexible check in time is also good provision. Hotel Facilities wise superb and location is a positive thing which is walking distance from Charbagh Railway Station Lucknow. Supporting staff is very very helpful and quick responding
