Hotel name: Hotel Millenium Location: Naka Hindola Lucknow The hotel was good but they gave me the room on the 3rd floor but there is no lift and another issue is their owner of this hotel is very rude, I asked the counter person please provide the gst bill but that time owner was present at the hotel that time and says bill will provide from mmt, I said and showed hit there is written on booking confirmation gst bill will be collect directly from property but still they denied for the same

Room service and the staffs behaviour was appreciable as it was very good. The service of complimentary breakfast was also very nice.Majorly the entire property,the staff members ,cleanliness and every small and big aspect of the hotel was great.i had a great time there

Food was good. Service staff was nice and helpful too. But the AC was not working due to repeated tripping, even when it working it was not emitting cold air. I complained about this and the staff came to my room immediately but couldn't fix the issue. The fan was also running very slow.

Rooms are ok ok but cleanliness was missing. Linens were dirty. Not ideal for families. Location is nearby the Lucknow railway station.

Stay is okay, and feel comfortable too, peaceful l stay everything is better and proper except the mirror and sink tap was loose.

Very poor hotel and all services, The washroom was not clean properly. I complain many times but they are not clean. Bedsheets and pillow covers are also dirty. Please Don't stay. I booked a total with breakfast but they don't provide breakfast I complained regarding the same issue but did not receive any solution.

They don't put a towel in Bathroom and some smell from the Room and staff are good doesn't have any lift

It was very bad experience i have had there, lift was not available there, room top were very poor, the ply they have used it was broken, rat were present there, not able to sleep properly

In the hotel someone (may be one of your staff) tried to broke into my room. It was too terrible, for a single women to stay alone in hotel, in short it is not at all safe.

The room was small but very comfy for a solo traveller like me . Washrooms and bedsheets linens were clean , but they didn't provide any toiletries which every hotel at such price usually provides . Two things that I didn't like was the little stenchy smell inside the rooms as single occupancy rooms were not having windows and were totally packed . And the next problem was of little rats roaming here and there and making lots of noises specially in morning. When I asked about the rats , manager told me it's because of some construction work going on nearby so I think it will be a temporary problem then . Hotel staff was attentive and supportive to customers wants . They also have a in-dining area . I can't tell about the food as I haven't tried it . In short it will be a good stay for travellers.
