I got 2 Queen sized bed instead of 2 king sized bed... staff was cooperative property was good,neat and clean

no care taker there, one ac was not working, no service, horrible

It was a wonderful stay, the property was quite clean and tidy. The staff was quite supportive and cooperative. Room which was provided to us was quite spacious and comfortable. The property has food that tastes like home cooked food. Perfect room in budget.

The location is odd but the hospitality is very good and all the staff are well manar. Room size are also good

It is a home converted to hotel, with no facilities. Super unprofessional staff, dirty bedsheets and unusual location. The room window was directly opening into kitchen. Highly unrecommended

Been here for 2 nights for world cup game in lucknow. We need to call the owner for every little thing like water bootle, toilet paper. Room service is bad. Food was below average, room service guy says they have another property so they cant serve us on time here. Found cockroach in bath room, such good property but managed badly. But owner is responsive. Not recommended

Pros location, staff behavior, food, owners behavior cons cleanliness, near to medanta and kalyan singh cancer institute so more diligence is needed on cleanliness

1. The food is pathetic. We had ordered pane-er butter masala and they gave us pane-er curry. 2. The bed sheet and the dohar were stinking and dirty. However, they changed it after a couple of phone calls. 3. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock. The taps were leaking and caused a lot of disturbance during the night time. Also, the bathroom was dirty and used toiletries were kept on the washbasin. 4. The caretaker or say the caretakers and the owner of the property will continuously keep on messaging you and calling you or knock the door to ask for any service wherein all a traveler would prefer is silence and no disturbance. 5. The behaviour of the staff is pathetic. Overall a wastage of money and not recommended if you are looking for a pleasant stay.

Initially there was a problem with the location of the property as there are two locations in makemytrip. And the real location is approximately kms from the one tagged in the front page. But am grateful for property owner that he swiftly took the responsibility of my travel and didn't cause me any inconvenience. The place is very neat and clean. Very spacious. Peaceful place. And mr. Deepak is very friendly and ensured that my stay in very comfortable at the property.

Bathroom was unhygienic & dead rat was in the commode. The electricity was cut off before 12 pm even though check in was late around 2 pm. They do not deserve such high ratings. Only positive was the support from care taker boy.

My stay is very comfortable and staff is very good nature. Hotel is very neat and clean.
