I had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel, especially as an online booking customer. It’s clear that guests booking through online platforms are given the least priority when it comes to room quality and basic amenities. The room allotted to me had a non-functional air conditioner, and to make matters worse, the room didn’t even have inverter backup. During a power outage, I had to stay for over 3 hours without a fan or any ventilation – in extremely uncomfortable conditions. Attempts to reach the front desk for assistance were futile, as no one responded to calls despite repeated efforts. This level of negligence towards guest comfort and basic service standards is unacceptable, particularly when you’re paying for amenities that are not being delivered. I strongly urge the management to address these issues and stop differentiating between walk-in and online customers. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone booking through online platforms.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its close proximity to Vivekananda Hospital, where my relative was admitted. The location made it very convenient for me to commute back and forth. In terms of amenities, the hotel is quite average and matches expectations based on its location. Overall, my stay was fine and served the purpose.

firstly owner denied to give room as he said no room is vacant instead of our online advance booking.. he tried to shif us in another hotel when we resist then he provided one room whose AC is not working.. when we complaint him.. he is ready to argue with utterly irresponsible attitude.. after that we were going to call 100, then he said its ok and provide another cheap tyoe hotel which were very small rooms.. so in nutshell he wasted ours 2 hrs and after that provide bullshit type room.. we have to appear in examination in very next day so its very painful experience for us.. please nobody book at this hotel in any condition

The lady at the reception on 12 pm bahut pareshann karti hai call karke staff ko bejh ke 11 bje se hi nind disturb kar deti hai

my stay with riddhi in was good. the staff is very helpful. the room are spacious and it is in very quiet location. yet the location is so that everything is so near by

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean.Bathroom well was very good with geyser and the staff was also very attentive and nice.

Good location but the property is not maintained well. Not clean. Towels are not clean. Doormat is torn.

Best experience room is so clean everything is working fine wifi speed is fast. Location is good located at prime location near kapoorthala. Staff are so friendly. One of the best stayplace under 1300 rupees worth it experience
