Good service and room everything good food also tasty , Also staff is good and helpful Clean room and food

It was a bad choice to stay at this property. Room size was pretty small, they charged too much but don’t offer accordingly. In house dining is super costly and they of course don’t allow outside food and make you order that costly items from their own kitchen which is again not worth the money. I will not recommend this to my friends. Sorry

service is great, nice stay Cleanliness and comfort. Rooms should be clean, spacious, and well-equipped.  Helpful staff. The hotel staff should be polite, helpful, and efficient.  A good location. A prime location that is convenient for sightseeing or business is a major plus.  Value for money. Even if a hotel is not luxurious, it should provide good value for the price.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. I really loved the staff behaviour and cleanliness at the hotel rooms.

The hotel is strategically located. The quality of the meal is good and well served. The staff is well behaved . The price is also suitable for pockets.

Stinking rooms and bedding. Average food. Poor ventilation. no provision for the driver. I don't recommend

Though this hotel is located on Faizabad road , opposite Gate No 4 lucknow bench of Allahabad high court , it suffers from couple of inherent shortcomings. First none of the rooms receive any day light or a glimpse of sunshine . Those who are fond of day light , a big disappointment for them . Complimentary breakfast was a just average with a limited spread , not impressed by it. Response of support staff was good and appreciated.. Be very careful in washroom. The water on the floor takes quite a bit of time for draining out. One have to be very careful to avoid any fall.
