Bedsheets were dirty. I got itching. When I asked for a change the changed bedsheet was having more stains. Chairs is room were dirty. And Charging points were not working. Not worth as per money point what I paid. I will not recommend.

No assistance available in the reception area. No breakfast served although it was pure paid.

Location is easily reachable food is good very poor experience in this trip bcs yesterday full night i have trouble due to electricity 3 time electricity gone around 4 to 5 hour also generator not start by hotel employees

Poor maintenance, bad service, complimentary breakfast was served in the room, it was more or less cold.

My guest couldnt sleep whole night due to loud sound in property. Washroom tap water was very slow so they was not able to take bath. It was rediculous.

Rooms were not clean and poor bedding and bad smells. And in last couple of people came and started asking for money forcefully.

Rooms are clean and properly arranged space is also good room service is excellent location is on the main road easily approachable parking space is a bit small and you have to park your four wheeler outside in the day time 100 percent recommendable to any one coming to lko

Rooms was neat n clean. Staff was very good n their hospitality was quite ok. Approch was also ok.

Room was very dirty and bed sheet had spots, dust was clearly visible on sofa.

Average, noisy because it has also banquet hall so noise due to dj sound

Ac was not working properly, lights was not working, bedsheets and pillow covers had lipstick mark and extremely dirty. Lot of noise around, electricity issues was not even able to charge my phone. Somehow i spend one night and checked out early morning, not a good experience at all.

It is a budget hotel in the central location of Lucknow. Lucknow metro Station is very near to this hotel. Cleanness was not very good, hotel staff behaviour was ok. Overall average hotel.
