We were having good qty luggage but no staff came to offer help to us in that. It was not a nice gesture.

Check in is very easy very good mannered and supporting staff . Check in process within 2 min. Very nice stay

The staffs are horrible. There were power puts for over 8- 9 hrs per day. Plus there is stink in the rooms and dirty bed sheet and tables etc. It was a horrible stay. The hotel is like one night stand hotel and very shady. There was a marriage event happening during my stay but the power went out and those guest had an ugly spat with the staffs. Others have called police and big chaos happened. In one word Horrible stay. If you don't believe see all reviews.

The place is little out of place and not that clean.

In terms of cleanliness I will rate this hotel a solid zero, plus services are not on time plus they were confused about my stay of 2 days so they called me in a day to do checkout or extend. overall I feel it's a 2 star hotel and whoever is running this hotel don't like cleanliness. I am surprised that mmt don't check these things.

Service was too slow and water was stagnant in the bathroom

Pathetic experiance. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Hotel amenities are not in good condition. The bathroom was very dirty.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at The Leaf Hotel in Lucknow. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. It felt as though the room hadn’t been properly aired out or cleaned. To make matters worse, the bedsheets appeared unwashed, with visible stains and dirt marks, which was both uncomfortable and unappealing. The state of the bathroom was equally disturbing. The toilets had not been cleaned thoroughly, and there were visible stains and grime in areas that should have been spotless. It was clear that the cleaning staff had either been negligent or simply rushed through their tasks without attention to detail. This made the whole experience very unsanitary and unacceptable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was not ideal. It was far from major attractions, and getting around the city was inconvenient, especially for someone unfamiliar with the area. The surroundings didn’t seem safe or well-maintained either, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. Overall, my experience at The Leaf Hotel was far from what I expected. The poor cleanliness, the unpleasant odor, and the undesirable location made it a very frustrating and unpleasant stay. Given the issues I faced, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise looking for other options in Lucknow.

Hotel was not proper clean all carpet and chair are dirty. Location is also little far. For service telephone is not working and they will serve food after 50 min.

Lot’s of mosquitoes and very poor room service

Average property. Not value for money. Service and amenities are not good. Food is good. Receptionist is rude.

The place was very unhygienic, dirty, unsafe and filthy. We were with family and I was shocked to witness activities late night which no good family traveler would like to accept it around. On being asked, the Manager said, he cannot control the kind of guests which come along with men staying in the hotel. The food was just okay. Parking is not in hotel compound and they do not have any Guard.

The hotel is unclean and unhygienic, and some blankets were torn and dirty. No mineral water was provided. Overall, it was a bad experience at the hotel.

This hot is marked as 3 star & charges are according to same. - infested by cockroaches - one elevetor not operational - toilets comparable to railways public toilet - dirty rooms lenin & towels - paid water bottle & - no hot water or heating in rooms will you consider it 3 star & pay heafty amount

Need to upgrade their services according price and must be pro customer service. Room service should be key factor

Staff are polite and helpful, check-in is little bit time taking, as per the infrastructure property is little bit expensive

The hotel was untidy in general. No secured parking-you need to park the vehicle outside hotel wall in open next to road. Linen had lipstick marks. Doors of room are unsecured. The tv, ac are untidy. Furniture were untidy. Food overpriced.

All good, except food quality needs to be improved. Location is outside of the city centre area. The staff is cooperative.
