Room was very small and Hotel staff was unaware of many things about the hotel.No buffet b/f was served.Air conditioner was not working properly

Whatever amenities they have mentioned on MMT, not all of them are available when I reached the hotel. Otherwise everything was good, staff was good. Food was also good. The location was okay, food was okay. The room wasn’t clean, the toilet seat was soiled, there was loud music playing all the time, and they mentioned that smoking wasn’t allowed, but there were guests who were smoking with their doors open right in front of the staff, the room stank of cigarettes.

पहले इस होटल में सभी सुविधाएं अच्छी रहीं, लेकिन इस बार खाना औसत था और सर्विस में कमी महसूस हुई। कमरा और लोकेशन अब भी संतोषजनक रहे।

room is booked as deluxe, but given room is so small without air window/ ventilation

The room was very small bed was not good, Staff changed my room after request, the another room was ok in terms of cleaning. But AC was not working. Requested many times to increase temperature or do something but according to hotel staff it was Ok.

Room was too small, bathroom was not cleaned. Bit overpriced. Price should be 200-300 less than they charged.

It’s was good for the money the charged . Rooms were all-right. There is nothing I can complain for that price point .

Bed condition is not good, i think nut is loose so irritation, room size is like match box. Staff and cleaning is good.

Location is off the road . Very small room , very dingy. Bed sheets were dirty and smelly . I just wished the night to be over soon .

I booked it for one day but after seeing the hygiene n services extended it for three days. Better than ginger in the best rates. Recommended for value for money place for everyone. Food quality was also excellent
