terrible hotel, nothing like what is shown in the pics, now power when i arrived, dirty bedsheets, torn wallpaper, dirty bathrooms, room smelling like cigarattes. Couldn't stay there for an hour. Left the hotel without checking out

So me and my friends had a very pleasant stay there. Also the staff was very cooperative, helpful and responsive. And the location is great as it’s on main road and you have access to everything.

Terrible stay!! Not at all a hotel that is rated 3.7 on MMT!! The staff is not courteous, we booked a room for 3 people, the front desk host constatly asked us to pay for extra bed. After talking with his manager he didn't apologize for his fault. At night when the staff brought the extra bed the bedsheet was dirty, duvet was completely wet and pillow case was torn and wet as well. When addressed to management they casually suggested to use the duvet as it is and it will dry off!!! The hotel cannot even fulfill the basic requirements of a room by providing basic necessities in a room in a good condition. The worst part is there was no apology or resolution provided for this stay. I would like to be compensated for this stay.
