Unsatisfactory stay!!!
Terrible stay!! Not at all a hotel that is rated 3.7 on MMT!! The staff is not courteous, we booked a room for 3 people, the front desk host constatly asked us to pay for extra bed. After talking with his manager he didn't apologize for his fault. At night when the staff brought the extra bed the bedsheet was dirty, duvet was completely wet and pillow case was torn and wet as well. When addressed to management they casually suggested to use the duvet as it is and it will dry off!!! The hotel cannot even fulfill the basic requirements of a room by providing basic necessities in a room in a good condition. The worst part is there was no apology or resolution provided for this stay. I would like to be compensated for this stay.

Average Stay
The hospitality was good. But the rooms were under repairs, so I had to change my room 3 times as the ACs were not working properly in the first 2 rooms. The food was average.

familyThe room was okay and it had hot water. The service was slow but they provided what we needed after a couple of reminders. Hygiene seemed low. Breakfast was basic and decent.
