I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Despite pre-informing the front office person days before and even on the day of my arrival, still, I found many issues which are beyond excuse: 1. All the 3 rooms showed to me very untidy with bedsheet & pillow unchanged after the previous occupancy with hairs on it. The room and bathroom weren't cleaned even after asking 3-4 times in 2 days. 2. Bathroom was unhygienic, especially the toilet was disgustingly dirty. The room service didn't use any cleaning detergents to clean it off. They cleaned after 2 days after escalation. When I asked to clean the toilet properly the staff said "you're not going to lick it. This is the unapologetic, ill-mannered, and pathetic staff they have. 3. The caretaker & housekeeping staff was lazy, unprofessional, and irresponsible. They don't care what issues you have or concerns you show. Especially the caretaker was the main person who was full of lame excuses & super lazy in getting things sorted, even after repetitive requests. The food was served after 1-1. 5 hours of my order. I had to followup again with reminder calls to deliver it in room. 4. The only good things were the wifi, food & room service. Food was always hot served with great taste-buds satiating quality. Room service staff was courteous & quick in delivering extra request for water, tea, etc. 5. The hotel property is decent, new and modest furniture & fixtures. However, the front office & house keeping staff has ruined the stay experience and do not keep property cleaned at all. Experiences like by the pathetic staff brings down the properties reputation, which should be taken into account by property management, if they really care about it.
