Place was very untidy Even the lobby was shabby, walls were full of water marks and alage Room was also not clean Bathroom was really untidy Worst experience ever Terrace (rooftop dinning) was also poor, cutlery was very dirty.

Breakfast quality and variety not at all good. Rooms are spacious . Location is good . Property is old.

An unpleasant stay.lot of mosquito food is horrible. at reception there are not all great you there are busy on mobile. for dinner will give slots timing we need to attend in between

Reception staff behaviour is too bad. Behave like rowdy. Charge hundreds of extra money for early check-in for few hours only. Location is good, but room condition is too bad with moist walls, conjested washrooms, lack of complementary materials as per promised, lesser number of towel, sleeper, glasses,etc. Refrigartor is for only for name shake. No proper hangers in wardrobe. Dirty sofa. Damaged outer window. Only free chanels available on TV.

the room was good but the breakfast menu was not so good with limited items.overall my experience was average

Room had mould and fungus growing near the air conditioner, electric kettle provided was dirty and the replacement was also dirty , hotel didn't have packaged water and the water they provided was unusable and washroom wasn't properly cleaned.

location of hotel is good but they should work on services also ,all thee days no.one can eat same breakfast

The place has very good food. Their cuisine was excellent and the location is also easily accessible. The facilities they provide are very good. I would suggest their veg peaking soup to every visitor.

Staff behaviour was worst they simply said we are lots of customer we don't need more customers as item in room is not working a part of asking for correct it from 2 days as checkout they said that wording of mr. Bittu seating in front desk

Worst room in lucknow.bedbugs all over the mattress.Shower was not functioning.Bedsheets were dirty and stinking .Overall I will rate third class .Room tariff should be 500-700/ night.Service was super slow

The place had a few dirty lenin as they hadn’t changed it since the last customer and the staff was ok with changing it but even then it did get us a bit grossed out. There was a long wait at the check in as well and the walls of the room were chipped as well.

Very pathetic hotel. Dirty mattress and quilt. Very bad smell in rooms. Not good place to stay. Dont stay
