Worst room it was delux room break fast not served while already charged because staff was not available hot water was not available

Rooms are not upto the mark. Service facility is also poor

Worst experience....Single blanket for two person...No arrangement for drinking water and towel... never stay again

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I accidentally left one of my belongings in the room, and despite contacting the property and staff multiple times, I never got it back. This shows serious negligence and lack of honesty from the staff. I would strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful with their personal items while staying here

The bathroom shower and flush are not working properly, The breakfast is of poor quality and the arrangements are unhygienic. Room Conditions Very Good

Hotel was not as per the photos presented Moreover the service from hotel was pathetic. They asked to take basic necessity like tower and soap by yourself. Breakfast was even not ready at time. Even it was unhygienic plate and place.

The exterior of the property looks fascinating and inviting, but the actual stay experience was quite different. When I checked in, the room had a strong smell, the bed sheets were dirty, the taps were not working properly, and the shower was also in poor condition. Initially, even basic amenities like towels were not provided. I honestly wondered how I would spend the night, but later I requested and got the bed sheets changed, which made it a bit better. Another major issue was mosquitoes — the room was full of them, and it felt like they would be enjoying the stay free of cost along with me. For dinner, I got a thali which was average in taste. Breakfast was served as a buffet, and considering the budget, it was decent. The restaurant was surprisingly nice compared to the rooms. Overall, if you are looking for just a budget stay, this place might work. But if you are expecting luxury, professional staff, and premium ambience, this is not the right choice.

Not as photograph & service not good & also bad environment, dirty bed sheet, bathroom not clean , not hygiene , overall bad experience not recommend to any one

Room & toilet were very dirty. Toilet seat was broker & no toiletries were provided. Kettle was so dirty that I wasn't able to make tea, t.v not working, no tissues were provided & switch buttone we're broken. Overall not satisfied with the stay they should take care of these all things
