Ginger Lucknow

when I reached there for check in the staff told me that the room is not clean no standard room was available. seriously this happened to me third time what's the benifit of booking in advance if they can't even clean the room on time.

rooms stinking.... floor is not clean ... I will never book this again .... I am sure it is not worth of what they r charging

AC was not working, not able to sleep whole night, complain three times to hotel authority but not resolved, pls refund my money

My experience is good Staff is helpful properly's location amenities and Services which were provided by hotel is Awesome.

Had a very bad experience from the travel desk suggested by hotel staff from hotel itself for city Darshan

Good stay but rooms are small with limited amenities, amenities should be increase l. Hotel should think about this.

Room was too small and food was not upto mark. Reception ask to pay more approximately to the room rent for earlier check in.

Zero for service , zero for behaviour of staff Zero for food taste.. even the bed size was too small hv to sleep on floor .. really it was my bad decision to choose lucknow ginger .. never ever gonna refer ginger hotel to anyone n also not gonna book ginger ever .. No one came to take our trolleys, no one help us to wat the room

Nothing on the stay part but rooms are made exactly adjacent to each other can you can easily hear what's going on the other room.

Room is Good, Property Is very Good ,But This Time I feel they have hired some new staff there so they are not professionally trained yet..

Location was excellent, but the overall stay was disappointing. I booked this property through MakeMyTrip. The room was quite small and congested, and the towels provided were not clean. Food quality was average, and room service needs improvement. I also faced an unpleasant situation where the security guard behaved rudely with a Swiggy delivery person who came only to deliver a mobile charger. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and improves the guest experience.

Toilet very small wash basin inside the bedroom hardly 30 feet away from bed restaurant very small, reception has no glamour to welcome your colleagues or guests so not interested to re visit such type of hotel & food rates are very high

Not worth spending that much. You get much better room and amenities at this price. The room had no space at all. Staff behavior was also not welcoming.

the people at reception are very unwelcomed and don't even know how to talk with guests. not a good behaviour.

LOCATION IS GOOD, FOOD DOSENT HAVE TASTE, ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL NOT COMFORATABLE. WIFI WAS NOT WORKING FOR ONE DAY. UPON DETAILED INVESTIGATION, THE HOTEL STAFF HAS PUT SPACE IN BETWEEN THE PASSWORD. I WHOLE IT IS GOOD FOR STUDENT BUT NOT FOR PROFESSIONAL.

The location is bit faraway from the central city. Considering the rate, I expected better rooms. my room didn't even have a cupboard. Also, a stand to put the suitcase was also missing. However, the breakfast is very good here. So it can be considered for a short stay.

Rooms are very small and uncomfortable 😣 no slippers out side of washroom no fan in room it's very annoying no window suffocation in room space is too conjusted
