Visited Lucknow for some work. Stayed at the hotel for couple of days. Everything from service to facilities available were top notch. Nothing really to complain about. Food was good too. My stay was comforting and satisfactory.

I came here to say that As the hotel name is On Maa Ganga so was its stay,pure bliss.The stay was safe,secured as well as pleasant.The staff present were polite,humble and eager to help. Will definitely recommend if u want to stay in lucknow please stay in Hotel Ganga,u will truly feel great as I felt.

This is above 4 star hotel. Do not book 4 star other hotel this is one of the best hotel i visited. We stay every where but this hotel impreas us a lot. Very good staff. Near shopping market. Very clean. Have shaving kit, dental kit comb wet etc... I did not see luke this hotel in india at this price. Heads off to owner and stafff who take care. We asked weighting scale and they provided to do weight foe luggage which no hotel keep in india. Do not this you can book this hotel blindly. We are NRI and outside india working in oman aince 17 years. Cleanliness 10 out od 10 points. Book wuper delux room if available.. Thankyou staff..

We strive to provide our guests with the best experience, and it is disheartening to learn that we fell short. You booked two Super Deluxe rooms with us. We could allocate you one Super deluxe room with balcony and one Super Deluxe room on the ground floor which did not have a balcony. Due to high occupancy, we could not fulfill your preference for both Super Deluxe rooms to have balconies as all the other three balcony rooms were already occupied from the day before. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will review our booking processes to ensure better communication and clarity in the future. The hotel was very clean, the room looked like in the pictures, and the breakfast and dinners we had were very good. However some of the staff were not very friendly, although they were professional, and our room did not have a window, which considering there is no dining room and you need to eat where you sleep, is not very nice. However i would probably stay here again.
