York Inn a Boutique Hotel

It was good, just not for long Stay as it is outside of old Lucknow and far from main city and Location is very shady

Food is excellent. Location is ok. Facilities are ok

The room design and comfort were great. However, there was a noticeable and persistent musty smell (or other specific smell) in the air, possibly coming from the ventilation system/bathroom/carpet. This really detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay, and I hope the hotel addresses it.

Dirty Bedsheets, non cooperative, rude behaviour staff, no toiletries, no wifi. Very late or no response for services required and requested.

My stay was very comfortable at the hotel. The staff was very cooperative and responsible. The room was clean and even the room service was also very nice. I enjoyed my overall stay.

The bedsheet and water heater were not properly cleaned, even after service requests they didn't clean.

Overall a good stay. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Close to Charbagh station. Location is ok-ish. Nearby streets are dirty. Auto, e-rikshaw, car service available.

The staff was extremely polite. They provided me with an early check-in and also arranged breakfast. The rooms and overall service were excellent and very professional.

The room walls are extremely shabby, furniture are okay. Bed went deep down when slept. its seems that rooms are maintened with a Very heavy heart. its appox. 1.5 kms from the railway station
