Very good ambience and cost effective. staff was courteous and Happy to extend the best possible support. cost of food also reasonable. Family had a good stay at their pool villa

The property room service was very poor, unhygienic rooms with damp smell.

It’s was pleasant stay, kids are enjoyed lots, the food was quite good, over all it’s good considering.

location - far from national highway. No exciting views near by food - excellent amenities - poor(booked for 9 person, aminities provided only for 6) services - okay

The service is pretty bad they dont response to your calls. If you order something they don’t respond back. Horrible service. Location is good.

The resort location is great as it's in a peaceful surrounding.The pool villa was great and kids had loads of fun in the private pool.Breakfast was good but dinner can be better

Amazing Experience at Safari Hills, Vythiri! I recently stayed at Safari Hills in Vythiri, and I must say, everything about the resort exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that’s perfect for relaxing.

I found it from the search in makemytrip app. food, amenities and services are excellent.... even though there were huge crowd... They have managed well...

Rooms are average compared to other resorts curtain wall was crashed i informed them but no response. I was stayed 3 days, 1 st day food was very good and remaining days was average. Idnt have any images

Very bad experience as i booked the room for two days and i stayed for one night check out as the room condition was terrible no clean at all the bedroom pillow and full of dirtyneas and bathroom baisn also. Even the blanket also and i informed the front office team they said all the rooms are in same condition so so time i checked out.

We stayed for two days on the occasion of my brothers birthday. They made complimentary decoration for cake cutting initially we were very happy. On day two we visited out for site seeing we carried villa keys with us when we came back our room was not serviced as asked they quoted keys should be handed over. As we came back and we were in our villa we asked for room service nobody came later and food we have booked with breakfast and dinner included and they couldn’t provide buffet and they served us in a selected menu. Food was great. But room service is worst nobody will attend your calls. And villa maintenance is worst provided freezer doesn’t work and they don’t clean rooms.

This resort have multiple problems and at the best can be called mediocore. 1. Constructed in the middle if the jungle where tree line at all sides are higher than the cottages so do not expect any air flow across the rooms. 2. None of the rooms have provision for ac even if you want to avail ac at a additional cost, which is absurd specially considering the summer day time temp around 32-34 degrees with very less ventilation across the room. 3. There is no intercom in the room, you have to call reception or kitchen by your mobile at your own expense every time. 4. Attention to minute details is absolutely missing, we ordered food at our room one time and our soiled plates were never collected from our room for the next 12 hrs, no body among-st the staff is checking things like these. 6. There is no running kitchen, which is totally unexpected, if you want lunch if you have to tell ahead in time. We travel-led from bangalore and reached at 2pm and there was no lunch available, no menu. Luckily we got some basic food from kitchen. Another dissapoinment is staff if not trained at all, they have acquired some guys from some part of india and barely managing the operations. In the evening we enquired for snacks around 7:30pm and were told that no snacks available, staff is preparing dinner. We booked for 3 nights but we could not bear the weather or lack of services we observed, did not want to spoil our family vacation as a result checked out after one night stay. Another challange is that majority of the rooms are located way below reception level, with the approach road to those rooms at a very steep downward angle. Any body with elderly people cannot afford to go up to the central dining hall using these internal roads and since they dont have a food menu you have no options/choice to order food in your room. If you really want to have a carefree, leisurely vacation and want to have a feel of leisure and comfort for you and family, dont stay here. If you are really looking for less cost ( which actually its not, you will definitely get better options at their cost ) you can choose safari hills. A big no from my side.

Room was not maintained well, floor had a layer of dust. Smelly bathroom. Dinner timing was 8. 30 to 10 which is too late for elders and children.

We stayed in this property for 2night in January 26th to 28th 2024 for my little angel's birthday celebration with family. We were a family of 10adults and 4 kids and Safari Hills Vythiri has offered a very reasonable and luxurious stay along with good breakfast and a nice dinner combo. I booked this property through MakeMyTrip and got a great deal. The design of this property is very nice along with a great swimming pool, badminton track, car parking. The pool was crowded as we visited in a long weekend time. Our 4 bedroom villa was nice and the best part was the view from the backside balcony. Overall rating I will give 10/10. We stayed for 2 days as we pre-booked the place is good but their service is not upto the mark and dey asked for extr charges after checkout.

Stayed in 2 bedroom villa. The rooms were big. However, there were insects and cockroaches everywhere and the rooms were smelly. Hot water was not coming properly. Though the food at restaurant was good, the seating arrangements were bad and we had to stand and eat as people occupied every table partially or tables were not cleaned. Overall, not worth for the money paid
