Resort is not at all maintained Boating space has snakes in water as it is not at all cleaned Breakfast was below average food quality and variety was way too low The rooms were so dull and property had electricity issue power was cut every now and then No staff was available for service after 11:30pm Nor bag were picked up at time of departure due to staff shortage

"Peaceful Getaway Amidst Nature
The property offers a wonderful stay amidst nature. If you're looking to unwind in the lap of greenery, this is a perfect spot. While I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side and the food fairly average, the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the property itself is clean and well-maintained. Our stay was smooth and comfortable — I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Good Stay
The stay was great. The location is awesome but the food was not upto mark. Most guests were out of state. But all the food were made using coconut oil which most of non kerala people are not used to. The food can be prepared using refined oil.

Very poor maintenance....not at all worth for money
Location - Far from important place Food- there was no kitchen....had to order from outside, very strange for such a high paid resort Amenities -very poor... swimming pool could accommodate Max 3...no ball for cricket Services -very very poor....tv could not able to switch on... multiple requests failed.....very hard to get hot water as supply is thru geyser and was getting only one bucket at once and have to wait for nearly 55 mins to get 4 buckets for us

Resort feel Like a 2 star resort and swimming pool is closed after 7:30 PM.

coupleIt's not worth for the money they are charging. Zero privacy in premium cottages, as the staff room and kitchen is just below the cottage.

The property was very beautiful and perfectly made. Except if there could be more of neutral co-loured lights at night to make it feel comforting and soothing. Breakfast was the best. Service was good too. Amenities were really nice as well.

I recently stayed at Niyatma Resort and it was an unforgettable experience. Friendly staffs and yummy food. Nice place to visit with family. Located in coffee estate. Awesome view…the experience was really great .This peace & great experience will be always remembered.

Recommend place to stay
It is pleasant place with all amenities, location in middle of the tourist places either sides 20km, food was average to good breakfast is served at 9am, services very good very helpful.

coupleLocation is good but basic amenities need to be worked upon. The pool is not clean. The food is not upto the mark. No in house restaurant available. The managers keep calling multiple times to inform us of resort plans and to check for dinner or lunch requirements- all this can be done via messages or an automated system as well.

Good experience, could have been better
familyPros: location. Beautiful & natural. Quiet. Food is freshly prepared. Overall well maintained & clean. View from the restaurant of the pond. There are multiple ponds. Campfire. Cons: the cupboard was not functional in our room aquatic cottage-1. Pool water was dirty and it requires repair as the cement from the bottom is mixing with water (which is dangerous). Felt the resort needs more employees, but the current staffs are doing their best and courteous. Breakfast experience was not good as the food got over in no time and we had to keep waiting & following up with them to refill food items like poori, coffee, tea, breads etc.
