worst experience ever... owner is rude and caretaker is rude and I'll mannered.. The survice is not good...rooms are durty... sadia guest house owner is always argue in all things.... Please do not book this property for stay with family.... my suggestion is not book for single stay as well

Location and way to lodge is not good. But room and cleanliness is good. Room Service is also good.

Stay was ok at average a price. But could had been much better.

Location not good. Congestion and low light. Had to walk some distance before reaching the hotel. Ok for bachelor. Hotel staff was good.

The hotel entrance very far from the main road, fungent type of smell, but worth it for money.

It was a good experience staying there. It is my 3rd time, experiencing hospitality with them. Location and a good connecting esplanade and sialdah railway station within a minimal distance. Behavior of the staff is good.

Condition of the room was so bad and bed had bugs. The room was not clean, toilet was not in good condition. Paint of the wall was full dirt and very old painted and the plaster was off from the wall.

1)picture's room and original room totally different. 2) single pic shop, hand wash and etc not provided. 3)as a cleaning part very poor.

Here's a review for the hotel: my family and i stayed at this hotel for four days. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. However, one downside was the narrow entrance road, which made it a bit challenging to navigate. Overall, i would rate it as an average graded hotel, suitable for a comfortable stay with your family.

Everything was good. Staffs were cooperative. Good ambience. Although it does not provide food, still it has numerous food stalls and restaurants around it.

Third class room dirty washroom no proper cleaning

Very good guest house neat & clean room & bathroom, staff was very good in behave, transportation was very near to guest house

What things are shown really it is terrible. The room plaster and colour damage. There is no tv, there is no hot water facility. Room bedsheet is very pure and darty.

The entrance itself is very narrow and filled with foul smell of pee. When i entered the room there was no space to keep the luggage open. The room was so small and the bedsheets were in poor condition. I could not stay there for even half an hour.

Rooms are very small, no housekeeping service was provided during my stay period. But staffs behaviour is good. I rate this 3 star only because of its located area. Most of the tourist spot are in maximum 2/3 km distance.
