The room was spotless, and the bathroom was extremely clean. The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze.

it was excellent. Everything was as described it would be. Staff and the rooms were good.

It was phenomenal, rooms were good clean and as close to what is given in the photograph/description of the hotel. Staff behaviour is good, bathrooms were very clean, food prices were decent, and the ambience of the room just makes it perfect. Overall it was a very good stay, would recommend.

Too noisy, cant sleep at night, as its a banquet, and they were doing party late night, didn't had proper rest.

It was good stay in the hotel and happy with overall service, only issue is nearby area are not that clean which is fine

Cleanliness of bed sheet and cover was very poor, that was dirty. Water geyser was not working. Doubt with bed size, as during booking it was mentioned king size actually it was different. Room size too small. The hotel staff is not positive minds.

very clean and well maintained room, staffs are very well behaved and helpful. I recommend this a place to stay when anyone travels and plans to stay near Esplanade or Dharamtala.

It's average property with normal location, not easy to reach it says it is in a new market but it is in so much population.

The staff was very polite, only issue with the bedsheet and comforted which was dirty and seemed not washed.

Gd place to stay for family and couple having a great experience there down there a resturant for having lunch and dinner breakfast is also available there. Want share
