Not clean and ac is not working properly.

Food is good as per choice 👍

Hotel is good staff behavior good. Car parking fesility perfect.

Small room, bed not comfortable, when asked for food not delivered on time
Room is very small, bed is not comfortable and when asked for food, not delivered on time.

Issues faced: 1. No synch between them and mmt. On checkin they were saying they did not receive any mail regarding our stay. I had to call mm t for solving the issue. Also mineral water was not provided which was listed in the booking. 2. Smoking in a non smoking area just outside the door of our room. After checkin we asked them to change the room initially they agreed but later they are saying they can not change. 3. One of the receptionalist or manager's behavior was not satisfactory. 4. Was not able to order food online as outside food was not allowed. Advantage: 1. The location of the hotel was good.

Stay was comfortable with well behaved staff

Easy access to airport, baguihati market. Staffs are good, tasty food with maintained hygiene.

My stay in this Hotel is pleasant. Location is very easy and cozy either Airpot or nearest market Baguihati. Hospitality is nice, Chhotu and Saagar both staffs are helpful and honest also. But, fooding facility normal.

Location is perfect and easy. To close of Raghunathpur bus stop, near Baguihati market and Airport also. Hospitality nice. But, food. Anyway, I am not satisfied, they told me their main cook is on leave.

Food quality is really good, should provide a better service because outside food was not allowed in the Hotel
