I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Raj Palace on 3rd September. The room shown was completely different from what was provided. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and when I requested a room change, I was charged an additional ₹900, yet the new room was also unhygienic. The food was overpriced and not hygienic either. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
