Poor Stay
I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Raj Palace on 3rd September. The room shown was completely different from what was provided. The bathroom was extremely dirty, and when I requested a room change, I was charged an additional ₹900, yet the new room was also unhygienic. The food was overpriced and not hygienic either. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible Stay
room were not clean and wall paint were peeled off and floor were wet and lift was 2 slow without light and room was smelling,washroom was also not clean and when I slept on bed I got rashes and itching and bed was having bedbugs and was coming out when light were completely off.

Terrible Stay
The room was not clean. The AC sound is horrible. It felt like I was in a mill or factory. The lights are not properly working. And there was a light which didn't have any switch to turn off. Totally Horrible Experience.

I think need to improve service and should be need of guest has been and routine basis bed sheets and pillow cover should be change and always try to give the facilities formally. Lake of some facilities according need of guests.
