Hotel Vesta Villa

It’s a budget friendly hotel for short stay. However I experienced bed bugs in my room. Hotel staff were prompt in changing my room. Apart from this I liked it. One suggestion please keep your towels and bedding clean and stain free.

The hotel is not good and not cleaned. In the room there is always some bad smells, AC starts leaking in night and they didn't do anything for it. hence terrible hotel with bad maintenance and staff.

The room was too small and the washroom door was broken. No lock and It was broken from middle. The blanket has yellow stains and the pillow cover is torn. Bad experience

we booked on the same date of check in ..hotel was as at good location room furniture were good , but some bedsheets , pillow cover were dirty but otherwise staff behaviour is also good and safe to stay

Room was not well maintained, bathroom was not clean, had to ask for soap. No towels were provided. No room service if not asked for.

unprofessional staff, cleanliness missing.. first they denied room key, they said that the key lost, they will open the room with master key

It was great experience. It was very easy to find and ambition was great. Will visit soon next time the staff was very helpful

I stay in vesta villa kolkatta but no service. No chair in room. No water glass no ac chill etc

Terrible

Average good hotel, situated at main area of extended patna, near airport. Good service, good staff, good food. Rooms are clean with all amenities. But it needs thik curtains on window to prevent from light. But it is little costly. It is overpriced. Management should think on price issue.

Good behavior staffs good nice location maintained property relaxing environment must try once if you are a couple or solo

I like it very much. It’s my pleasure to go over there. The service provided was excellent. I liked the place very much.

I was staying in room 102. The room was good. Room service was good. The service boys are not at all professional and lack training. Location is good. People who stayed beside our room were making weird sounds, opening - closing the doors all night. I was lucky that they weren't bamming my door. The hotel authority was very reluctant about it.

It was a really horrible stay, poor customer service, hotel room was not clean especially the bathroom doesn't have a lock. We had a pathetic situation. Very bad experience. Not worth it for money

As far as stay and room location and service are very good. They had given very good food as well.

The hotel stay was comfortable and food served is good. Location of the hotel is also convenient. However, the hotel infrastructure needs maintenance. Bathroom door lock and handle were broken.

Hotel location is near to biswa bangla gate, all staff is good. But room was small with out any srvice. Its not for famliy with kids. * if you need to stay only 2-3 hour then its good.
